FECC PTA AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES FALL 2025

ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY.

BEGINS Saturday, September 5th @ 1 PM and ENDS Wednesday, September 10th @ 10 PM

You are required to Pre-register. Pre-registration is OPEN

There will be NO REFUNDS OR CHANGES for classes after registration. There will be no extensions to sign up. 

Code of Conduct for After School activities follows the FECC Student Handbook 

Activities start promptly at 3:15 PM and END promptly at 4:15 PM. Please be on time for pickup.



1. All Hewlett-Woodmere PTAs will utilize the ONLINE REVTRAK PORTAL. You will need an account to register your child(ren). For detailed step by step directions click HERE .



2. For full club descriptions, visit the schools PTA site to see the After School Clubs Brochure or visit the Online Portal



3. Prior to registration, carefully review the ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES and POLICIES.



4. All registration is online and happens in real time. There is no lottery system. If a club in which you would like to register your child shows "sold out" then you may place your child on the wait list. There is no guarantee another spot will open.



5. If your child's club is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified in a timely manner to give you an opportunity to enroll in an available club.



6. All students are welcomed and encouraged to participate in After School Clubs.



7. Please note the appropriate time of the club you enrolled in.



Refund Policy: Due to limited space, high demand and vendor commitments, no refunds will be issued after enrollment. No excuses! Please review your commitments carefully prior to registering. Refunds will only be issued if your child s club is cancelled for any reason.
