This class is for children in Kindergarten and 1st grade. Young children will learn skills essential to the development of coordination, balance, stretching, strengthening and channeling energy through physical games and playful activities. These skills are fundamental to a good workout and the enjoyment of sports in later years. Children should wear layered and comfortable clothes and sneeakers.
