You will see and feel improved muscle tone, flexibility, balance, posture, and a trimmer body. Pilates enables your mind and body to work together for results. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring an exercise mat. "Using a stability ball boosts resistance, increases range of motion, and adds a balance element.
